Free App Ideas Worth a Load If You’re in the Market for Some Free Stuff

MBF Blogs makes some app recommendations with this round up of relatively recent apps.
What all these have in common is that they are free.

Most free apps come from companies like Tripit, Yell Search, Riverford Vegetable Recipes, Ocado On the Go, Starbucks, ITV Player, and Instagram who want you take their app so you can order their goods or services easily.

Or so they can milk your data all the better to direct advertising at you.

But these apps are all gratis AND are more likely to be useful to you, the user.

Delectable Wine for sharing and rating of millions of varieties.

iAvoid Food Allergy is a database of foods and common allergies. Bon appetite.

Gympact motivates people to use their gym subscriptions with a kind of carrot and stick approach.

Stick Tennis. The Telegraph called this one ‘addictive, enjoyable, inventive.’

Live Score Addicts, is a bit stat-heavy, maybe?

Soundcloud, social network for music enthusiasts and artists generally.

Movies By Flixter, trailers and local screenings

Jetpack Joyride, generally highly regarded for the graphics and controls.

Trial Xtreme 3 , motocross bike trials, reckoned to be addictive.

Dots is simple and apparently instantly addictive so if you want a quick rush, it’s ideal.

Despicable Me: Minion Rush, based on hit film, comedy for kids and big kids alike.
