As a Pro customer, files that have been sent to your registered email from other people’s Pro accounts, get archived in your receive inbox. This means that you no longer have to scrabble around your emails to look for the link you were sent last week, you can just check inside your Pro account for the link. You can also see how many times you have downloaded the file, the file size and when it was uploaded.

1. Once you are logged in to your Pro account, click on the account settings cog on the top right. A menu will drop down. The click ‘Receive Inbox’ under the ‘View’ panel. 2. As you can see below, you have access to all of the files that have been sent to your registered email address from other Pro accounts. You can click on the link to get access to the file.
Please note that this feature is only available on the Pro account, and only files sent from another Pro account will be registered in your Receive Inbox. You can read more about the Pro account here.
