Some of you may be experiencing troubles downloading files that were sent on the free service either last night or earlier today. Due to a hardware fault on one of our servers, there have been some issues with the free service over the last few days.
The good news however is that we are nearing a satisfactory resolution to this issue and the service should be back up and running as normal if not by the end of today then within the next few days.
For those curious, the issue revolves around a hardware fault on the server for our cloud provider on the free service. As such, we have had to do some emergency maintenance on the service in order to get it back up and running to a degree that you as a customer would expect from us.
However, due to the hardware fault, some files won’t have uploaded correctly. As such, any files which show the following screen below for more than one hour will unfortunately need to be uploaded again, as they would’ve been lost in the upload process.

From here, it looks like the Free Service is back up and running. We’ve been monitoring it for the last few hours and it’s been running smoothly. As such, you should be able to upload your files as normal again. Do let us know if you have any more issues.
