The title is a bit of a misnomer, actually. MailBigFile is technically 1 year and 2 months old, as it started back in March in 2011. However, it was never mentioned on the date or in the month, so we thought we’d pay homage to this occasion today.
MailBigFile’s blog has actually come a long way in that time. Starting from posts about products and everything within MailBigFile before encompassing the much wider field of technology and social media.
A big thanks must go to David Porter, who has worked tirelessly on the blog these many months. His contributions to the blog have been nothing short of brilliant, with his posts being insightful, original and well-written. If you’re not already subscribed to the blog for Porter’s posts, of whom writes three pieces a week, then you really ought to be. They are typically posted on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
We’d also like to thank all the guest publishers who have contributed to the blog. Although these are always a “you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours” deal, their contributions are still at least worth noting.
A special mention must also go to Craig Butcher, one of the employees here at Design Solution (the umbrella corp of MailBigFile) for the blog redesign. Transforming it from the stale, retro look it posited before, Craig turned the blog into a beautifully dynamic and easy to read website. The perfect place in which to write and maintain a blog.
The MailBigFile blog will continue to grow as a subset and also in part as a separate magazine to the MailBigFile main website. You can continue to use our blog as both a means to keep up-to-date on everything MailBigFile is doing as well as a means to read innovative articles on current affairs in the technology world.
